Prize Package Inclusions for Up To 2 Adults & 2 Children Under 16 (the “Prize Package”):
· Return flights from select major international UK airports to Lihue Airport, Kauai, Hawaii.
· Car hire, for 6 days including GPS hire (pick up/drop off from Lihue Airport).
· 5 nights’ luxury (4*) hotel accommodation in Kauai, Hawaii.
· Daily breakfast.
· Private surfing lesson: (1.5 hours) includes private instructor and all equipment for the winner and all their guests.
· Kauai Farm train ride: (4 hours) includes 2.5-mile train ride through Kauai farm, plantation and orchard walk and lunch for the winner and all their guests.
· Private hula class: (Allow 1 hour) includes professional instructor and hula skirt for the winner and all their guests.
· Private guided tour of Kauai’s South & West Shore: (6 hours) includes pickup and drop-off from meeting point, private guide, entrance fee to Waimea Canyon State Park, visits to locations including Waimea Canyon, Waimea Bay, a coffee farm and Hanapepe Town for the winner and all their guests.
· Luau experience with dinner and Lei Greeting: (2.5-3 hours) Includes lei greeting, torch lighting ceremony, Hula Kahiko performances and 3-course buffet dinner for the winner and all their guests; and
· Travel Insurance for the winner and all their guests.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international UK airports in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast to Lihue Airport, Kauai, Hawaii, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by Element London Limited at their sole discretion.
2. Accommodation is for 5 nights, based on one quadruple occupancy room for up to two adults and two children under 16, at a 4* hotel in Kauai with daily breakfast.
3. The trip must include a Saturday night stay.
4. Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, which will be the responsibility of the winner.
5. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least either the winner or one of their adult guests must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.
6. Prize Package is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
7. At least one traveler must be aged 21 or over; where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
8. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification by Element London Limited and all travel must be completed within that time.
9. Winners must contact Element London Limited with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
10. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or UK Public Holidays.
11. The winner and all their guests must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. The winner and all their guests are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the Prize Package destination; the winner and all their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel.
12. Any necessary visas or insurance, other than travel insurance set out in paragraph 13, are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
13. Travel insurance is to be provided for the winner and guests by Element London Limited, subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider, Planet Earth Travel Insurance Services Ltd. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their adult companion to check the adequacy of the terms of the insurance policy provided and to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining additional insurance cover, for example in respect of any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their adult guest are aged 70 or over;
14. Subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of Planet Earth Travel Insurance Services, the travel insurance provided by Element London Limited covers cancellation due to serious illness which makes travel either not possible or inadvisable by a doctor but does not extend to natural disasters or other force majeure events. In such cases of natural disasters or force majeure events, Element London Limited will make reasonable efforts to assist the winner in rebooking the Prize Package.
15. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas (including ESTAs), personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize Package.
16. For the rental car, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for more than one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, non-EU, Australian or New Zealand license holders may require an international driver’s license or other paperwork; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car; any additional costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver;
17. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.
18. Prize is subject to availability.
19. Winner travels at own risk. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize.
20. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense.
21. The Prize Package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Limited will offer suitable alternatives of equal value.
22. If the winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Limited will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion.
23. The minimum age for the surf lesson is 5 years, the maximum weight is 235 lbs.
24. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences.
25. Nothing in this Prize Package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this Prize Package or any prize promotions whatsoever.
26. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Prize Package, competition, contest or sweepstakes.
27. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.” The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to this Prize Package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of this Prize Package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.
