Greenhous Telford is seeking an experienced and driven Professional Centre Manager to lead and develop our Commercial Vehicle Sales operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, growing local business sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As Professional Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of the commercial vehicle sales department, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring all targets and standards are achieved.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the Van Sales team.
• Driving new and used van sales performance and profitability.
• Developing and implementing local business and fleet sales strategies.
• Managing sales processes, finance penetration, and compliance standards.
• Monitoring KPIs, forecasts, and budgets.
• Building strong relationships with key customers, local businesses, and suppliers.
• Ensuring an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• A results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to lead by example in a target-driven environment.
• A full UK driving licence.
