Are you passionate about cars and looking to kickstart your career in the automotive repair industry? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Panel Beater Apprentice to join our busy and friendly workshop.

As a Panel Beater Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, restore vehicles to their original condition, and use specialist tools and equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and has an eye for detail.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing vehicle damage and planning repair methods.
• Removing and replacing damaged panels.
• Welding and metalworking techniques.
• Using body repair tools and machinery.
• Preparing surfaces for painting.
• Health & safety procedures in the workplace.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Maths & English Grades 4-9 or equivalent (A-C) is essential.
• A full UK driving licence is a plus but not essential.
