An exciting new opportunity has become available to join our team as a MET Technician / Stripper Fitter at our High Ercall site.

This is a fantastic chance for a skilled and motivated individual to become part of a dynamic and professional working environment, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and services.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) tasks on a wide range of vehicles.
• Strip and refit components in preparation for panel repair or paint.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and job cards.
• Liaise with estimators, workshop control, and parts departments as required.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the workshop.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Must have extensive experience to work on a wide range of makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Health and safety and environmental awareness.
• Teamwork to support and accommodate requests.
• Focused and self-motivated.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
