As Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will collaborate with teams across marketing, software development, and senior sales leadership to deliver digital initiatives and campaigns.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Help identify target audiences and understand their behaviour and preferences.
- Optimising website content for search engines, AI and voice command to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
- Help set up and monitor paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators for digital marketing activities.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Metricool, and CRM systems to support reporting and insights.
- Assist in coordinating online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other networks.
- Help keep the company website up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
- Work with developers to support website improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Assist in managing and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team.
- Support efforts to ensure websites align with company branding, goals, and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
