As Junior Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a supporting role in building and maintaining the company’s brand. You will help deliver campaigns, events, and content that grow brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement, while working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, out-of-home, email, and print channels.
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, presentations, and email newsletters.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas to boost engagement.
  • Support the filming and production of social content, including taking a role both behind and in front of the camera for promotional videos.
  • Schedule marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of content and materials.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing and social media strategies that strengthen brand presence.
  • Help manage social media accounts and engage with online communities.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback in line with company guidelines.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
  • Keep the company websites up to date with the latest offers and information.
  • Support the planning and organisation of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor industry and competitor activity, sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications and materials.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media management, graphic design or a related field.
  • Good design skills (adobe creative suite, canva, or similar).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
